Embodied Alchemy Breathwork™

Step out of the noise and into a deeper experience of yourself.

A two-hour guided arc rooted in nervous-system awareness and attuned to subtle body intelligence — weaving breath, sound, vibration, somatic tracking, rest, and integration.

The experience

Science and spirit, held together.

Conscious connected breathing changes respiratory rhythm and attention. Sound offers patterned sensory input. Somatic tracking helps you notice activation and settling as they happen.

Within that grounded structure, there is room for emotion, imagery, insight, stillness, or simply rest. No particular experience is promised or required.

Every ceremony is held with clear boundaries, trauma-aware facilitation, ethical space holding, and respect for your autonomy.

The two-hour arc

Enough time to arrive, journey, and land.

01

Arrival & orientation

Settle into the space, name an intention, and learn what to expect. Kharma reviews consent, choice, and ways to pause or modify the practice.

02

Breath activation

Guided conscious connected breathing gradually builds sensation and focused attention. You remain in charge of your pace throughout.

03

Sound immersion

Crystal and bronze bowls, drums, gongs, rattles, voice, and vibration accompany the journey and offer steady sensory points of focus.

04

Rest & integration

Active breathing gives way to stillness, then gentle reflection and grounding before you return to your day.

Preparing for ceremony

Come comfortable. Leave room afterward.

Wear clothing that allows easy breathing and rest. Most participants lie down for portions of the ceremony; supportive props can be used for comfort.

Bring water and, if you wish, a journal. Plan a gentle transition afterward rather than rushing directly into a demanding schedule.

Share relevant health considerations and questions with Kharma before attending so the practice can be approached responsibly.
