Our philosophy

True transformation does not happen by leaving the body behind.

Embodied Alchemy was born from the understanding that transformation happens by rooting deeper into the body — listening to its rhythms, its knowing, and its capacity to transmute grief into grace, fear into freedom, and wounding into wisdom.

This is not a place for fixing what is “broken.” It is a sanctuary for remembering what has always been whole beneath the forgetting.

The grounded practice beneath that philosophy is nervous-system awareness: noticing breath, sensation, activation, and settling in real time. Rather than forcing an outcome, the work supports curiosity, choice, and integration.

Our approach

Inside the modality

The four parts of Embodied Alchemy Breathwork™.

These are not separate services — they are the woven elements of one journey, held together in every session and ceremony.

Breath

Conscious connected breathing changes the rhythm of respiration and attention, creating space to notice sensation, emotion, and familiar patterns.

Sound & Vibration

Crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, gongs, rattles, and voice provide steady sensory cues that support focus, settling, and deeper listening.

Somatic Awareness

Tracking sensation, breath, impulse, and pace helps you recognize the body’s signals and stay connected to choice.

Integration

Rest, reflection, and meaning-making help translate an embodied experience into grounded choices in everyday life.

300-hour facilitator certification

A soul-led training in breath, sound, and somatic soulwork.

A four-month hybrid journey designed for deep integration: learn from home, then gather for five days of hands-on residential practicum within an immersive community.
